This luxurious unit, which has FREE wireless internet, also features a sumptuous dining area and an elegant living room with a 42 inch flat screen TV with DVD. Local telephone calls for included.

The fully furnished kitchen with granite countertops includes stainless steel appliances (fridge, dishwasher and stove) as well as a garbage disposal and other convenient appliances such as a microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Dishes, flatware, glassware, cooking pots, pans and utensils are all included. There is no need to pack enough clothing to last your entire stay as this unit features a full sized washing machine and tumble dryer in the foyer and an iron and ironing board. Linens, towels and a hair dryer are also provided for your convenience.

Either (Option 1) purchase an ARD, Accidental Rental Damage, wavier for $50 or (Option 2) a refundable security deposit of $400. The premises will be available for occupation from 4:00 PM on the arrival date and must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the date of departure. Arrival and/or departure times may be altered under written consent and made at least 24 hours in advance of arrival and/or departure time. Fees may apply for early arrival or late departures.
